SHIPPING & REFUNDS
SHIPPING POLICY
ArganOr ships only to Canada via Canada Post. Canada Post does not offer delivery on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as holidays. Orders of $ 90 or more, before taxes, are free. Delivery times by Canada Post are between two and three working days after the parcel is picked up. Due to large orders at special promotions such as Women's Day, Boxing Day or BLACK Friday, delivery times may be longer, up to seven business days.
Orders received before 10 am ET will be processed the same day. Orders received after 10 am ET will be processed on the next business day.
HOLIDAY TIMES
Please note that packages may not be shipped from December 22 to January 2, inclusive. All orders placed during this period will be processed from January 3rd.
REFUND POLICY
ArganOr attaches great importance to ensuring that your experience meets your expectations. If you wish to make a return, please follow the following steps:
1. Contact ArganOr Customer Service by email at arganor@outlook.com or by phone at 1-418-894-1686. Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm and closed for the holidays. Please indicate if you want a refund or exchange.
2. Return the closed products in the original packaging.
3. Be sure to include the invoice and indicate on the back if you want a refund or exchange. If it is an exchange, write the name of the desired product.
4. Be sure to include your name and address for shipping the product, if applicable. Please note that all transportation costs for a refund or exchange are at your own expense.

Return Conditions

Please note that prior to a refund or exchange, Customer Service will ensure that the following conditions are met.
1. Only one return is allowed per order. Be sure to check the entire order before you return.
2. If the product is damaged when you receive your package, you have seven (7) days from receipt of the package to notify customer service and exchange or refund.
3. If you notice a product missing from your package, you have seven (7) days from receipt of the package to notify Customer Service.
4. If thirty (30) days have elapsed since the receipt of your package, please note that returns will be refused.

Damaged products
​
On receipt of the package, please inspect for any damage that may have occurred during delivery. Note that it is normal to see some wear. However, if the product (s) have been damaged during shipment, we will exchange if all the return conditions described above are met.
